Returns & Refund Policy – Tim Stessl Marine

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period, so please ensure your items are checked carefully when you receive them.

• Timeframe
  Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since purchase.
• Condition of Items
  Items returned not in original condition or showing signs of use, wear, or damage will be rejected and returned to the customer.
• Special-Order & Custom Items
  Some products, including special-order or custom items (such as Dunbier trailer parts), are made or ordered specifically for you. These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
• Return Process
  Please email admin@stesslmarine.com.au before returning any item. Include:
• The product you are returning
• The reason for the return

Failure to follow this process may result in an unsuccessful return or exchange.

• Shipping Your Return
  Customers are responsible for safely packaging and posting returned items to ensure they arrive in resalable condition. Costs of returning items are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
