    All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Gold Coast, Queensland

    ·         Orders are sent via Aramex Couriers. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

    • Shipping Address Responsibility
      Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Any costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or parcels being returned to sender will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
    • Delivery Services (Aramex Couriers)
      Orders are shipped using Aramex Couriers, depending on the delivery location and best service available. Deliveries are also trackable and may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion. If no safe location is available, Aramex will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

    Please note: Tim Stessl Marine takes no responsibility for missing parcels once they have been lodged with Aramex Couriers.
